Accessories Council Announces 1999 Best Accessorized List
NEW YORK, NY - November 5, 1999 (INB) --
The Accessories Council recognized industry leaders of the fashion,
retail and entertainment world at the third annual ACE Awards
at a star-studded gala at the Rainbow Room in New York City during
Spring Fashion Week. The highlight of the evening was the announcement
of the much anticipated Best Accessorized List ­ consisting
of ten renowned people who have exhibited outstanding accessories
style. The 1999 winners are:

- Katie Couric
- Cameron Diaz
- Lauryn Hill
- Nicole Kidman
- Gwyneth Paltrow
- Julia Roberts
- Sharon Stone
- Blaine Trump
- Barbara Walters
The Accessories Council is a not-for-profit,
national advocacy organization established in 1995. Over the
past four years, membership has grown to include 200 corporations
representing the country's brand names, designer names and all
companies that are the source of supply to the retail community
for all fashion accessories. The mission of The Accessories Council
is to stimulate consumer awareness and demand for fashion accessory
products, and serve as the advocate of the $25 billion accessory
